Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Olicas Art and Design. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns.

Return Window:
You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn, unless faulty. 

How to start a return:
Email us at hello@olicas.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
